Welcome to Exavel Technologies ("we," "us"). By hiring us or using our website, you agree to these terms. We are an AI-first software agency based in India.

2. Services & Payments

• •Scope: We build custom software, AI agents, and automations as described in our project proposals.
• •Payment: Unless agreed otherwise, we require a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining 50% due upon project completion.
• •Refunds: Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover our team's reserved time.

3. Intellectual Property (IP)

• •Your Ownership: Upon full payment, you own 100% of the custom code, design, and intellectual property we create for you.
• •Our Tools: We retain the right to reuse our internal libraries, pre-built modules, and general knowledge.

4. AI Usage

We are an AI-First agency. We use Generative AI tools (like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) to accelerate development. By working with us, you acknowledge and consent to this standard modern practice.

5. Liability

We build high-quality software, but technology is unpredictable. We are not liable for any lost profits, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of our software.
